I guess the weather can get wacky just about anywhere. I didn’t bike into work this morning, because it was rainy and in the 40s. However when I got home it was sunny and in the 70s. I was thinking of taking the day off, but went for a run instead. The weather was so nice that I decided to run five miles at a decent pace. Yeah, real smart, but hey, the weather was nice!

I got home and started stretching since I knew my Achilles tendon would be furious with me. Oddly, while stretching inside I could feel my place get cooler. I had the back door open and was wondering if I just got a chill from my sweat drying off. Nope, sure enough the temperature outside had dropped. How, much? Well, take a look at the chart below and you’ll understand how weird it was to be able to run without a shirt for 35 minutes in the sun, then have to wear fleece and jeans to walk to the local market just an hour later. Gotta love spring around here!
